Customer 1st is offering a great eye exam shop near you!  The shop pays $25 plus 100% reimbursement on your eye exam.  If you choose to buy glasses or contacts, we will reimburse you 20% of your purchase price.  An eyewear purchase is not mandatory though!

You are required to make a pre-visit phone call to ask about the price of the eye exam.  Set up an onsite appointment for the exam, and conduct an in-store "shop" for glasses.  No eyewear purchase required!!
