“Trisha is a life saver!
She has assisted me by regular taking shops that are near her, traveling to
complete shops that are not right next to her and even suggesting shoppers
that can assist me in completing remote locations. On more than
one occasion, Trisha has known someone that is going toward a location and
she has let me know that they are doing so. She does not stop there
however. Trisha has then called the shopper and gotten the shop
completed as opposed to just sending me their information. She is a
pleasant person and very refreshing every time we speak. She is most
deserving of this nomination and award!”

extremely reliable. I can give him all month to get his
shops done and he has always come through. His communication is
FANTASTIC. He is a pleasure to talk with on the phone and always

and is very flexible. I needed phone shoppers for a special
project that required lots of attention and detail and he did such a GREAT
job with the shops that even the client commented what a wonderful voice he

"I was in a pickle, a shopper dropped a shop at the 11th hour. It
was 7:37 local time, and the shop needed to be completed by 9:00 p.m. local
time. The date was the 30th of June, and this is truly the final hour.
I was on IM with another CTCSS scheduler, she referred me to a truly golden
shopper. I called Tricia, and she was happy to assist me. Mind
you, they are two hours ahead, so she was winding down for the night.
She got out of her bed and PJ's and donned her clothes. She completed
the shop and called me with all of the information to submit it. Even
though Tricia had never used a camera phone to send a photo, she was willing
to capture the photos and then accept training for this as an extra step to
complete the shop. In addition, she was EMPATHETIC that I do not send
her any bonus, insisted she did nothing extra special but complete a shop.
With her assistance, I got the very important account to 100% completion!"

During the month of April, she completed 38 shops and not once did I have

Her attitude is great and she is always professional in her communications.
When travelling outside her normal area, she calls me to see if I need help
completing shops along her way. Angie is my 'go to' shopper and a true delight
to work with!"

"Hands down Mike deserves Shopper of the Month. He ran out and completed
some important shops for me on a weekend in order to help me reach my
deadline. He spent his entire Saturday driving through RI and MA then
completed all 9 reports when he got home. All this despite his basement
flooding the day before, which took out his home office. He's always willing
to go the extra mile for me, or like in this case, the extra 100 miles
for me."
